Video Request Form

The UYSL has a comprehensive library of videos available for the development for our youth soccer coaches The library has been specifically chosen to include coaching guidelines for the coaches from 5 years old through 18 years old age groups. The library of videos provides a extensive view of drills, skills, tactics and games that will help enhance and develop both the coach and the player.

The Director of Coaching has found them to be of significant value in understanding how others teach the game of soccer. The greatest benefit is how much knowledge can be taken from these experts and consolidated in to a few tapes. The information that is at our disposal is immense. Please take advantage of it. We are sure it will provide an enjoyable learning experience

Library Rules

1. Videos are available for coaches and UYSL board members only.
2. Soccer videos available to view free of charge.
3. One video can be taken to view at a time.
4. Videos can be requested by e mail or phone. prior to a pick up. First request basis.
5. Videos will be provided on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis, to be returned by the following Friday or early Saturday morning.
6. A $2 late fee will be requested if the Video is not returned by Saturday morning.
7. Videos must be rewound prior to returning
8. Videos must be returned in the condition that they were received.
9. If a video is damaged the cost of replacement may be requested.

Videos

Select the video you would like to borrow. Note that you can request a video even if it is "out" - it just may take a bit longer to get it. Once you select a video, enter your name, phone number and, optionally, your email address below. Then click the Request button. Your request will be sent to the Director of Coaching who will contact you when the video is available for you to pick up.
